From the outside this house, in the city of Durham, looks unassuming but just wait until you see the views

However the eagle eyed may spot the name of the house on the wall which gives away its secret.

Cathedral View on Claypath enjoys panoramic views across the city of Durham, with the historic cathedral as the focal point.

Velux windows make the most of the city views and the living room is on the top floor of the house to make the most of the scenery.
