BBC News viewers spotted something X-rated taking place during the ten o'clock broadcast which was hosted by news anchor Sophie Raworth.
As Sophie read out the latest sports news about England's cricket victory in the fourth and final test match against South Africa, eagle eyed news watchers spotted an explicit scene playing out on a computer screen in the background.
While the news anchor, who was completely unaware of what was happening behind her, continued with the broadcast, the woman on the computer screen was seen stripping off and exposing her breasts in the scene.
Despite the clip being on screen for a matter of seconds, viewers were quick to notice and took to Twitter to share their thoughts on what they had just seen.
"Did I just see boobs on News at Ten?," asked one bemused Twitter user during the evening broadcast.

Another shared their shock on their Facebook page when they commented: "Did anyone else notice news last night on BBC???
"Thought I was seeing things... but just re-watched on iPlayer... nope I definitely saw what I thought I had."
While there has been no official comment from the broadcaster, a TV source shared their thoughts about what happened.
"This has gone down like a lead balloon at the BBC. It is totally unprofessional," the insider commented to The Sun.
“The employee is on borrowed time when bosses catch up with him. You can’t get away with this sort of stuff anymore.”
Meanwhile Sophie Raworth has yet to react to the situation that took place on the News at Ten.
A spokesperson for the BBC told OK! Online: “We are establishing the facts and circumstances.”
