There will be strong winds throughout Devon for the rest of the weekend, and thunder and hail are forecast for Monday
It’s been a week of changeable weather, and it looks set to remain windy and wet according to The Met Office.
Saturday night will see showers fading, but it is predicted to get very chilly. It will be a clear night with light winds and a few fog patches. Cloud will thicken in the west of the county as the night goes on. The minimum temperature will be 7°C.
Sunday will see outbreaks of mostly light rain, accompanied by strong winds. Rain will clear giving some bright spells and showers later. It will be windy with gales along the coasts the maximum temperature will be 18°C.
There will be strong winds and heavy showers on Monday, with hail and thunder. Tuesday will see sunny spells and fewer showers, but it will turn wet and perhaps very windy overnight, clearing to blustery showers Wednesday.
