STRICTLY COME DANCING 2018 final is just hours away as the remaining four couples prepare to perform for the judges and viewers, but now former professional dancer Kristina Rihanoff has called for the judges’ scores to be cut from the semi-final and final of the show.
“Will stop fix allegations against @bbcstrictly which is unfair and give the public the power to choose their favourites from the semi-finals,” she added.
Ever since Strictly Come Dancing first aired in 2004, the format has seen the judges award couples marks out of 10 for each dance, including those performed in the semi-finals and finals of the BBC series.
However, the points do not count in the final, with only the public vote being taken into consideration when it comes to determining who gets to lift the coveted Glitterball trophy.

During that time, she was famously partnered with John Sergeant, 74, until he withdrew, and also made the final with Jason Donovan, 50, in 2011 and Blue star Simon Webbe, 40, in 2014.
