STACEY DOOLEY AND KEVIN CLIFTON were crowned the Strictly Come Dancing 2018 winners tonight and now Kevin’s ex dance partner Susanna Reid has spilled her thoughts on their victory.
Taking to Twitter, Susanna Reid, 48, who danced with Kevin Clifton, 36, on Strictly Come Dancing in 2013 had her say on the duo’s win in view of her 557,000 followers. She wrote: “AT LAST @keviclifton. Congratulations to you & the AMAZING @StaceyDooley.” Many of her social media fans flocked to her page to comment. One user wrote: “A great team, well done to Stacey and Kevin.”
A second commented: “So pleased for them but we will always remember Kevin’s first year on strictly with you.”
Many of last year’s contestants also flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts including winner Joe McFadden, 43.
He wrote: “Delighted to be handing the #strictly glitter-ball trophy to the brilliant @StaceyDooley and @keviclifton. Well done, guys- really worthy winners.”
EastEnders star Davood Ghadami also shared his thoughts, writing: “Such a worthy winner in @StaceyDooley.
“And @keviclifton is one of the most brilliant, talented, humble men I’ve ever met and truly deserves the title of champion.
“What a series @bbcstrictly and well done to every single one of the class of '18! #strictlyfinal.”
2016 Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown wrote: “Yesssssss you two!!!!!!!
“Go on @StaceyDooley you absolute beaut!! Amazing @keviclifton soooooooo happy for you!!! @bbcstrictly #StrictlyComeDancing.”(sic)
Earlier tonight, Stacey and Kevin performed three dances alongside their competitors Faye Tozer and Giovanni Pernice, Joe Sugg and Ashley Roberts and Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell.
