CATHERINE, Duchess of Cambridge, is thought to have taken part in the Royal Family’s traditional Boxing Day shoot after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex left the Queen’s Sandringham estate.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is a staunch animal lover. She is reportedly against blood sports and has urged Prince Harry to forgo the long-standing tradition of the Royals' Boxing Day shoot. Kate, however, is thought to have gone shooting the day after Meghan departed the Norfolk estate.
The Duchess of Cambridge, 36, is believed to have joined husband Prince William, 36, and other Royal Family members to shoot pheasants, partridges and ducks on the 20,000-acre Sandringham grounds.
Kate is reportedly a “really good shot” and enjoys going on shoots when she is spending time at Anmer Hall, hers and William’s favoured Norfolk bolthole.
The Duchess of Cambridge even reportedly used her own personal 20-bore shotgun for this year's shoot.
A source told the Daily Mail: “She frequently goes out shooting when she is staying at Anmer Hall and has become a really good shot.
“She is very much into the hunting, shooting and fishing country lifestyle.
