A FURIOUS driver has issued a warning to fellow shoppers after he was fined for visiting a supermarket twice in one day.
Jamie Stark, 41, shopped at Asda in Hull twice to stock up on food just before Christmas Day.
But weeks later he was slapped with a £70 fine for parking at the supermarket for more than five and a half hours - more than three hours over the time he says he spent there.
He visited the store on December 23 with his mother and brother, before returning after realising he had forgotten a number of items.
Mr Stark is now warning shoppers of the “faulty system” meaning the camera did not recognise he had made two trips.
He told the Hull Daily Mail: “I got to the car park the first time at 8.52am.
“We shopped for around two hours and then left at 10.57am. I know that because I found the receipt from the supermarket.
