ORITSE WILLIAMS, who rose to fame in boyband JLS, attended Wolverhampton Crown Court for a plea hearing today, after he was granted unconditional bail last month.
“The matter is in the hands of the police and it would be totally wrong for us to comment any further.”
Today, he attended court and spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and nationality.
Co-defendant Jamien Nagadhana, 31, also denied assault by penetration in connection with the same incident.
The singer was granted unconditional bail until his trial on May 14 at the same court.
Judge Nicholas Webb told the defendants: "The position is this - your trial is now listed for May 14. Your bail will continue until that date."
Oritsé rose to fame on the X Factor group as part of the boyband JLS in 2008.
