MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry are expecting their first royal baby due in Spring. But a video filmed at the British Fashion Awards appears to show the moment the Duchess of Sussex’ child kicks, sending fans into a frenzy.
Meghan and Harry announced the happy news as they flew to Australia for an official royal tour on October 15 – and were showered with baby gifts and well-wishes by the time they landed in Sydney. Following months of speculation and eager excitement from royal fans, a video shared on a Meghan and Harry fan page appears to show the baby kicking as mum-to-be stood on stage at the British Fashion Awards. The Duchess was shown with her hands by her sides as she waited to speak on stage.
Meghan then suddenly placed both arms protectively around her baby bump – sparking speculation that the royal baby kicked.
It occurred after the audience had erupted in applause which fans believe may have excited Meghan's unborn child.
At the moment that her baby kicks, the Duchess rubs her belly and twitches her right-hand shoulder – a sign that she experienced the shock of young baby kicking outwards.
Instagram account harry_meghan_updates, took to the social media site to share the video, with the Duchess clearly making a knee-jerk reaction while on stage.
The video was posted with the caption: "Baby Sussex is full of energy!!
One Meghan fan wrote: "Now I understand why she cradled the baby a bit tighter with her two hands!"
Another royal watcher wrote: "Either way I’m so happy for them. Side note all babies should feel this loved because clearly this baby is so loved already."
