As Robbie Williams scores the 1,000th UK No 1 album with Swings Both Ways...

Lily Allen has made it to the top of the Official UK Singles Chart with her cover of Keane's Somewhere Only We Know.

The comeback kid's latest single is featured on this year's Christmas advert by retailer John Lewis - and was held off the top spot by Martin Garrix's club banger Animals last week.

Bastille had a new entry at No 2 with Of The Night, while Gary Barlow had another new entry at No 3 with Let Me Go.

Ellie Goulding slipped one spot to No 4 with How Long Will I Love You, as did Eminem's The Monster (ft. Rihanna) at No 5.

Meanwhile, over in the Official UK Albums Chart, Robbie Williams' new LP Swings Both Ways went straight in at No 1 - earning the distinction of being the UK's 1,000th No 1 album.

Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP was a non-mover at No 2 and Jake Bugg had a new entry at No 3 with Shangri La.

Celine Dion's Loved Me Back To Life slipped one spot to No 4 and the top five was rounded out by Elvis Presley compilation The Nation's Favourite Elvis Songs.
