LOVE ISLAND 2018 star Alex Miller has revealed he hopes to meet up with Megan Barton Hanson in the future, after the islander was dumped from the island on Thursday night.
Love Island 2018 viewers saw four people being dumped from the island in Thursday’s dramatic episode, including 28-year-old Alex.
The structural glazier was left single and told to leave the villa, after Wes Nelson coupled up with his partner Megan.
Following his departure, Alex has teased his hopes to rekindle their romance on the outside, as he insisted their relationship was “genuine”.
“I’ll be waiting for her to have a word in her ear,” he told The Sun. “I want to see if it was genuine.”
The Love Island star went on to question Megan’s romance with her current 20-year-old beau.
Alex claimed: “I know she’s playing the game now she’s with Wes, but with me I don’t think she was.”
Explaining what he hoped would happen following her time on Love Island, the star said: “I’d like to have a sit down with a cup of coffee and have a chat.
“In an ideal world, she would come out, not get on with Wes, we’d chat, she’d apologise and we’d see what happens.”
He went on to recall his relationship with the 24-year-old, as he gushed over their “connection”.
“We spent the entire time laughing and joking together, and it was a genuine connection that I had, I hadn’t had that with anyone for years,” the TV personality told the publication.
“If it was a game then she’s very, very good at it, but I like to think it wasn’t.”
