GEMMA COLLINS has “threatened to quit” Dancing On Ice 2019 after Holly Willoughby criticised The Only Way Is Essex star’s professionalism on This Morning, according to reports.
Gemma Collins, 37, was reportedly in “floods of tears” after Holly Willoughby hit out at her “diva behaviour” live on This Morning yesterday.
The presenter wasn’t impressed after the reality star held up rehearsals at the weekend and left the studio early during the live recording of Dancing On Ice 2019 on Sunday night.
Now it’s been claimed Gemma, who is partnered with Matt Evers in the competition, has “threatened to quit” the show, reports The Sun.
An insider told the publication: “She's devastated by everything that's been said about her and is threatening to quit.
“She's feeling there's a conspiracy to bring down their biggest star.”
A source added Gemma left 15 minutes early on Sunday night because she was “exhausted” after skating all day after a 9am start.
Yesterday, Holly and co-host Phillip Schofield spoke to last year’s Dancing On Ice contestant, Kem Cetinay, about Gemma’s antics on this year’s series.
Kem, who is This Morning’s Dancing On Ice reporter, claimed Gemma left the live broadcast before the end because she was “bored” and had a little sleep during their group rehearsals earlier on in the day.
The Love Island star said: ”We were preparing for the group routine rehearsal before - she was having a nap!"
Phillip added: “The entire studio - that massive studio with all of those people involved - were all standing there waiting.”
