A passenger has been banned from every Stagecoach bus in Britain after admitting having a knuckleduster on board a service in North Devon.
Marc Litchfield, aged 30, of Oxford Grove, Ilfracombe, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis and having an offensive weapon on a bus but denied three other charges.
He pleaded not guilty to having a knife on the bus on April 1, causing criminal damage to a police van on the same day, and racially aggravate harassment.
Recorder Mr Simon Levene adjourned the case until June 2 to allow time for discussions between prosecution and defence.
He released him on bail with conditions not to travel on any Stagecoach bus and not to be under the influence of alcohol in public.
