Beach huts have become highly desirable properties with asking prices to match.
Those in the most desirable locations have values reaching into the tens of thousands of pounds.
In fact, one of the beach huts in our quiz below costs £60,000 - although another is a comparative bargain at just £12,000.
Those figures compare to an average house price of around £208,000, according to the latest figures by Nationwide Building Society.
But can you work out the hut that costs more than a quarter of the price of the average home?
We've come up with a selection of beach huts located around the country, from Felixstowe in Suffolk to St-Leonards-on-Sea in East Sussex.
Try our quiz below and put your property-price knowledge to the test by finding out if you can tell which of these beach huts are the most expensive.
