A BOMB has exploded in the centre of Naples, destroying a cafe.
The bar is owned by two brothers who said they had never received any threats or attempts at extortion.
According to the police report, the outbreak occurred at 3.25am in front of the Le Shabby Cafe.
The popular cafe is located near to Dante Square which is one of the city’s busiest underground stations.
Police are said to be confident they can recover the CCTV footage from inside the premises as they said the security cameras had not been damaged in the blast, according to local media reports.
